The AADH Bag Dump Hopper with AVCS Check Sieve provides efficient and economical check sieving of all dry materials at product intake points. The intake hopper and frame are available in either mild steel - powder coated, or in stainless steel. The AVCS is in stainless steel with sieve material available in a wide variety of mesh sizes to suit the material. The sieve material may be changed or renewed in a few minutes, without disturbing the flexible connection sleeves. The oscillating motion of the AVCS is provided by a D.I.P. rated motor which can be adjusted to suit the material and mesh size. As the material vibrates on top of the sieve cloth, larger lumps are broken down and pass through the sieve. Any lumps which are not broken down may be removed either by hand or vacuum cleaner. Within the area in contact with the product there are no points where product can accumulate, no nuts or bolts and no dead areas. The AVCS is sized to provide sufficient capacity for one operator emptying 25kg bags at a rate of at least 240 bags per hour (depending on mesh size).
