The ACBA Vibratory Bin Activator is a simple and inexpensive apparatus for the discharging of sluggish bulk materials from silos and bins. The bottom section of the discharger, which hangs from a number of maintenance free suspension arms, is oscillated by a vibro-motor. The adjustable internal section ensures reliable mass flow discharge of the silo on a first in first out basis. Combined with the appropriate control, the ACBA prevents material packing, bridging and de-mixing. The low profile of the ACBA Vibratory Bin Activator saves on overall silo and discharge height. Available in a variety of sizes, the ACBA is easily fitted to new or existing bins or silos. The Vibro-motor is fully adjustable to suit the product and discharge rate and carries a D.I.P. protection rating. |
