The ACCS Quick Clean-out Screw Feeder is designed and manufactured to provide a consistent feed rate over a wide variety of materials, together with the convenience of swing away drive bearing assemblies. The ends of the ACCS can be quickly and easily opened without tools for easy cleaning of both the removable screw and the screw feeder body. Where foods are being fed to a weigh hopper or packer, or in any applications where cross contamination or hygiene issues are important, the ACCS Screw Feeder can be cleaned out and back in service within minutes. The design of the screw, combined with the inlet geometry, ensure a consistent feed of material. This is particularly important where either gain in weight or loss in weight material proportioning is required. As standard, the ACCS Quick Clean-out Screw Feeder is available in two diameters and three lengths. Feed rates range from 0.3 to 12.0 cubic meters per hour, depending on the material.
