OUR WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED The ACLF Continuous Loss In Weight Feeder is designed and manufactured to provide a consistent feed rate as set by the operator, either directly or via controlling P.L.C. The ACLF is suitable for a wide variety of materials including fine, medium and coarse powders, pellets, flakes and granular materials. The precision load cell weighing equipment combined with the sophisticated electronic weight change processor and motor control ensure a very constant feed of material. This is particularly important where continuous mixing or material proportioning is required. As standard, the ACLF Continuous Loss In Weight Feeder is available in several diameters and screw configurations to suit the material and desired feed rate. Feed rates range from 0.02 to 6.0 tonnes per hour, depending on the material. Applications: Food Processing Chemicals and Fertilisers Water Treatment Additives Pharmaceuticals Plastics Optional extras available include: Alternative Seal Materials or Air Purged Seal. Stainless Steel Construction in either 304 or 316. Additional pre-conditioner for difficult materials. Polished Internal and/or External Food Grade Finish. D.I.P. Rated Drive Motor. |
