The ACRF Constant Rate Feeder is designed and manufactured to provide a consistent feed rate with a wide variety of materials including fine, medium and coarse powders, and granular materials. It may be used either horizontal or inclined. The design of the screw combined with the inlet geometry ensures a consistent feed of material. This is particularly important where either gain in weight or loss in weight material proportioning is required. As standard, the ACRF Constant Rate Feeder is available in two diameters and three lengths. Feed rates range from 0.3 to 12.0 cubic meters per hour, depending on the material. The ACRF Feeder comes equipped with the following standard features: Solid Construction for Long Service Life Food Grade PTFE Shaft Seals. Outrigger Bearings for Reliable Service. Permanently Lubricated Shaft Mounted Drive for Maintenance Free Operation. Clean and Durable Powder Coated Finish. Optional extras available include: Flanged Inlet and/or Outlet. Horizontal Discharge (short version only) Outlet Cut Off Valve. Alternative Seal Materials or Air Purged Seals. Stainless Steel Construction in either 304 or 316. Polished Internal and/or External Food Grade Finish. Extended Non-standard Length between Inlet and Outlet. D.I.P. Rated Drive Motor. Mechanical Speed Variator with Indicator. Electronic Speed Variator for Local or Remote Control. Large Inlet Hopper to suit the material. Load Cell Weighing System for loss in weight batching. Electronic Continuous Loss in Weight Control. |
