The AESG Dust Tight Slide Gate is a hygienic, low cost solution to product flow shut off ideally suited to both the food and chemical industries. Pneumatically operated via an ISO Cylinder, the AESG comes complete with solenoid valve to suit your control voltage and inductive proximity switches to indicate both open and closed positions. As standard, the AESG is a straight line gate, with the outlet directly below the inlet. However, if height is a consideration, the outlet may be offset to be central with the body. Maintenance access is provided with the AESG in place via an easily removable cover on the top surface. The AESG is available in a variety of sizes to suit a wide range of throughput rates, from 20 to 200 cubic meters per hour, depending on the product.
