OUR WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED The AOTC Oscillating Tube Conveyor provides a very gentle conveying of friable or fragile products. The AOTC is available in lengths up to 10 meters or more and can be fitted with multiple inlets and outlets. Used in place of a screw conveyor, the AOTC represents the only type of conveyor capable of conveying fragile materials over a distance of several meters with absolutely no product degradation whatsoever. The conveying capacity of the AOTC is roughly similar to a 150 mm trough type screw conveyor at 100 revs per minute, but without the abrasive affect of the screw flights, without product residue, with less noise and without the high investment cost. In addition, the AOTC is more economical to run and almost entirely maintenance free. With all wetted parts in stainless steel, the AOTC is also completely self emptying, making it ideal for the food industry or anywhere where product cross contamination is to be avoided. The two end caps are fixed with quick release toggle clips to enable inspection or periodic cleaning without the need for tools.
