OUR WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED The new AZAM Tipping Z Arm Mixer from AMH features a very clean design, all stainless construction. Mixing capacity is 1000 ltrs as standard, with smaller or larger capacities available by special arrangement. The AZAM mixing cycle is fully programmable with variable speed and direction, mixing in stages, and even pre-programmable rotational speed whilst discharging, all controlled by the mixer’s PLC and inbuilt frequency inverter. The heavy duty (20mm thick) acrylic lid opens and closes automatically at the start and finish of each cycle. When the optional tote bin loader is included, the lid opens automatically in conjunction with the loader. Suitable for mixing wet mixes, doughs, fillings, cake and pudding mixes etc. the AZAM is equipped with a 30kW main drive with separate tipping drive and lid raising motor. Optional extra include: Jacketing for heating or cooling Vacuum mixing to minimize air pockets Automatic tote bin loader Alternative locations for the Operator Control Panel CCTV Monitoring of the mixing process Tipping guide plates to direct material into smaller tote bins after mixing |
