The BCLF Continuous Loss In Weight Belt Feeder is designed and manufactured to provide a consistent feed rate as set by the operator, either directly or via controlling P.L.C. The BCLF is suitable for a wide variety of materials including powders, pellets, flakes and granular materials. The precision load cell weighing equipment combined with the sophisticated electronic weight change processor and motor control ensure a very constant feed of material. This is particularly important where continuous mixing or material proportioning is required. The BCLF Continuous Loss In Weight Belt Feeder is available in several sizes and feed rates to suit the application Feed rates range from 0.5 to 150 tonnes per hour, depending on the material. As a general rule, the hopper should have no more than 1 hour's capacity in order to achieve the most accurate results. However quite good results can be achieved using a hopper of larger capacity.
