GNWP
The GNWP Net Weight Bagging Scale is a versatile open mouth bag packer suitable for multi-wall paper, woven poly and plastic bags over a range of capacities. If a very high throughput is required, the GNWP can also be configured as a gross weight packer. Unlike many other bagging scales, which still use a hybrid weighing system (mechanical scale with knife-edges and balance beams with a single load cell added) the GNWP from Acorn Materials Handling features a true, state of the art Load Cell Weighing System with no knife edges, no moving parts, no wear no tear. The hygienic almond shape design of the bag spout which is available in either Powder Coated Mild Steel or in Stainless Steel makes the GNWP ideal for the food industry and a variety of other applications where product cross contamination needs to be avoided. The GNWP Packer's Digital Weight Controller features a super fast weight cut off for super accuracy and minimisation of product "give away". In net weight mode, the GNWP weighs each bag before and after filling automatically taring and then automatically adjusting the in flight compensation factor using "fuzzy logic" to ensure the most accurate final weight possible. A variety of optional extras are available for the GNWP series of bagging scales including the following: Fast and Dribble Feed Gate Type AFDG -
